Click the link in your activation email. Enter your name, create a password and accept the terms and conditions.

What is an e-invoice, and how is it different from a PDF?
An e-invoice is a structured XML document that follows the European standard EN 16931 and the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 specification. Its data can be read and processed automatically by accounting software.
A standard PDF sent by email is a visual document rather than a structured e-invoice. Its data usually needs to be entered manually or extracted using additional software.
How will e-invoices be sent to customers?
E-invoices will be delivered through Peppol Access Points — service providers that securely send and receive e-invoices over the international Peppol network.
Who needs a Peppol Access Point?
VAT-registered businesses need a Peppol Access Point to send and receive domestic e-invoices covered by mandatory e-invoicing. Businesses that are not VAT registered also need one if they receive e-invoices from VAT-registered suppliers.
Does mandatory e-invoicing also apply to consumers?
No. Mandatory e-invoicing applies to transactions between businesses (B2B) and between businesses and public authorities (B2G). It does not apply to sales to consumers (B2C).
Can I use more than one Peppol Access Point?
Yes. You can use different providers for sending and receiving e-invoices. You can also send through multiple providers, but you must choose one provider for receiving.
